libpugl-dev software package provides portable API for OpenGL graphical interfaces (headers), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpugl-dev
libpugl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpugl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpugl-dev *
You will get with libpugl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
